wow, you Z owners are picky

just run it to empty. 1 month isnt long enough to make much of a difference.

You only enjoy your Z for 60 miles/week. Poor Guy! ;-)

Keep it as full as possible to avoid condensation forming in the tank....if you really think there will be long intervals you can add a fuel stabalizer to the tank as well. If nothing else, fuel prices will not be going down....

A month in the tank really shouldn't be an issue. I did a little research on the same subject because I only drive my Z about twice a week. From what I could tell there was nothing to worry about.

Even if it is a track day you definitely want it well over 1/4 tank to prevent fuel starvation issues under lateral load. It's going to happen more if you have race tires, but I've had it happen with wide sticky street tires.

Shell V power for the price of 98 octane fuel? Does that mean they are over-charging for it? Shell V power premium fuel is 93 octane...

I usually fill up EVERY 5 days! If I were driving 60 miles a week, I'd probably go crazy! In last 5 days, I filled up twice btw!

Don't go to empty, you'll suck up bad stuff from the bottom of your gas tank. Try to refill just after a quarter of a tank .

i thought the pick up was at the very bottom of the tank? so the bottom stuff would be the first stuff to be burned would it not? could be wrong i have no idea just thats what i always figured and what makes sense in my head lol

60 miles a week? Sucks! haha. I fill up maybe 2-3 times a week. Love the Z but its hurting my wallet. Oh well.. Its worth it!

I usually just run it till it reminds me to fill up. I guess thats not good but then I will be filling up everyday!
