370z on Airbags
you know whats funny/sad is I just saw this on youtube while lookin for twin turbo videos dreaming for when I get my car back...
:wtf2:
I need one to raise my car so I can exit my driveway without scraping the chin spoiler each time.:shakes head:
If I could afford it I'd have it.

Airbag suspension belongs on a custom truck, not a sports car.
ibtl.. I actually like it.. but would never do it myself.
edit.. this car was on Canibeat like last year.. From Australia I believe. |
Wait, bags are just for show right? Or is there some adaptive suspension dampening system I am unaware of.. I'm guessing that guy can't even make a red light turn with that -abillion degrees of camber
It probably gets up to somewhat of a driveable height when aired up. The bags let you drop the car down to the frame when parked.

Actually airbag suspensions will give coil-over suspension a run for comfort and performance driving with push button tuning. I had a pro-street 4-link suspension with coil-overs on my 57 Chevy and airbags were going to be my next upgrade.

I'll leave this open as long as it doesn't turn to bashing. Just remember that it takes different strokes to something something.
I know you can get mini airbags to place between the top hat and coilover so as to sit "hella frush" at car shows.
Tony (2theextreme) has airbags on the smurf. I've seen it in person and it's pretty crazy. :rofl2:
