Default Is this a good choice for a car cover?

I live in new england so I plan on using a cover mainly for rain storms/hurricanes/wind/snow/any extended periods of time I am away from the house. So basically I probably won't be putting the cover on every night, but only when I feel i need it. I'm thinking about getting this cover:Details For: Titan 4L Car Cover Nissan (Datsun) 370Z 2012
It seems to be a solid choice- fairly inexpensive, for the outdoors, waterproof, reviews all seem good. What do you guys think? Any other suggestions?

I've personally been using the Covercraft NOAH car cover. It's held up great in the Mid-A summer and winters so far.

It is a little on the pricey side but well worth it:

EDIT:

Here's a pic taken last summer.

i have the quick silver. i forget if it's a all weather cover or not but it's a good fit and easy to put into the small bag it comes with. i use it in my garage during hibernation.

Just make sure you wash the car and secure the cover good and tight or you'll get scratches. Cover King makes great covers too. They make them for Nissan.

That technalon cover from the z store looks like a perfect fit for the car. Is it only water resistant? not water proof? Also, I know you live in california, but how do you think it would hold up to a foot of snow falling on it? Does it look like snow would easily brush off?

+1 for the Noah car cover. I bought one that was custom fitted for the Nismo version... took a few weeks to ship and was pretty pricey, but well worth it!

Default car cover

I make sure the car is washed or clean before i use it. I have a microfiber cloth rolled and placed underneath at the rear on the lip to lift it off the car at that point. Also, i have a clear bra in front so it really cant scratch anything from that end. If I dont wash her, i use megquires Ultimate Detailer first before putting the cover on.And, im inside the garage. Anal, yes, but so be it.

I've used it light to medium rain with no issue but I wouldn't use it in heavy rain.

A foot of snow shouldn't be a problem but I'm not 100% on it
