i never got the pedals either. Which is annoying, but I never really liked the ones on the touring, so I am trying to make my own.

Standard equipment list (Base + sport) makes no reference to aluminum or aluminum trimmed pedals (per window sticker). This comes on the Touring though. Sounds like you BS'd the salesmanager pretty well ...

Ultimatepedals does seem like a good option if/when they come out with something for us. A little pricey but it really seems like quality stuff.

I'd bet the Contours for the 350 and G35 are so close it wouldn't be an issue. Nothing a little Macgyver'ing couldn't solve..

I noticed that myself during my research.

Thought it was pretty STOOOPID that the Sports package doesn't include aluminum pedals. Not very "sporting" of them.

I assume "aluminum trim" means aluminum along the outside rim of the pedals.

All-aluminum pedals is what we're looking for here.

I have been searching for racing pedals for a while as I would like to have easier hee-toe effort. I thought Ultimate Pedals would be great. However"

1. I called 5 times. Would you believe that they have no answering machine service? Gosh! I have not heard the 'busy tone' in 2 decades and was shocked that a company like Ultimate Pedals would actually not have such messaging system.

2. I emailed them. Guess what? No response.

3. Website looks decent, but that is the only plus I see so far.

The site does include the "aluminum trimmed" pedals in the (text) list of extras that are included in the touring edition (equipment in addition to the Base equipment) so it is there for the Touring package. The Checiklist comparison has the pedals dotted for both models. This is obviously a mistake. People make them all the time when editing web page content.
Honestly, the pedals are a little goofy looking anyway. It is very easy to replace them with quality solid aluminum parts. I'm sure any universal set can be made to work just fine..

Easy enough to answer: those who bought the Z with the Touring package... does it come with aluminum pedals?
