Haha. This thread is funny. It really depends on what you want. If you want mods already on the car that's one thing. However my main concern would be how the car was driven and maintained. Just because a car is modded doesn't mean that it was abused, but you never know.

The Z is a durable car and it can take a beating, but I understand your hesitation when buying a used car. I agree with what others have said, its all about the owner. Take a good look at the car inside and out, and if you see the car is in excellent condition, he was a good owner. Of course he beat on the car every now and then(who wouldn't?) but if he cares enough to take good care of it's looks then there's a good chance he took care of the engine and tranny too.

If the mods are what you would do anyway, you would be better off buying it with the mods and if it's tuned and dyno'd, you'll know the actual power gains. If the owner also has the original items and you can get them, then you can revert back too.
