Nismo Shift Knob Question

Does the Nismo Shift Knob come with the plastic washer that fits in between the knob and boot? I have seen pics of the shifter with and without that plastic washer.

i just installed mine 2 weeks ago. they do come with the washer, but its not plastic. its more of a rubbery material. When i got mine, it was all dried up and it was turning white. I cleaned it up with some interior cleaner and it looked like it was new.

yah, should come with it. if not a member found a similar rubber washer at homedepot toilet section (no joke). forgot wat it was called.
