I have a Nissan 370z base coupe, 2010 with 42k miles. A nearby dealer has a new 2014 Base for about $29.8k and a 2010 touring model with 25k miles

A nearby dealer has a new 2014 Base for about $29.8k and a 2010 touring model with 25k miles for $26.5k. Which one would you trade for. A new 2014 base couple or the 2010 tourist. With one you gain a lot of miles but with the other you get leather, brembo brakes, spoiler, etc.
