As many of you may know, I got my pre-order 370 back in January, and it has been a fabulous 5 months with the car. It really is a blast in every way and I have no issues with the car whatsoever.
An opportunity has arisen however, that may be difficult for me to pass up. There are a few cars that I always have my eyes on for a chance to pick up, and this is one of them. A beautifully kept MKIV Supra Turbo 6spd has recently come across my radar, and it has peaked my curiosity to say the least. Finding them in good condition with relatively low miles and un-molested is an increasingly rare occurrence. Unfortunately, my better-half will not allow two less-than-practical sports cars. I have a feeling the Supra will retain it's value far better over time than the 370 will (much as it has over the past 15 years), and the car has been a bit of a dream for me since I was a wee boy. I understand I would be giving up a brand new car, under warranty for a nearly 15 year old car, which makes me a bit nervous to be honest. Anything I should be aware of or consider? |
