My car has been stored away for the winter until recently. As long as I don't go over 3,000 miles since the last oil change, would it hurt the car

If I have not gone 3,000 miles, would it be ok to change my oil after 6 months?
My car has been stored away for the winter until recently. As long as I don't go over 3,000 miles since the last oil change, would it hurt the car to wait 6 months?
