i checked the MAF, it's clean and fine, i also checked for any leaks but couldn't find any, so i got no idea what it could be, now my meter say i have 123 miles left and i have only drove for 78 miles since i fill up.

hummm... my mpg was unaffected on my K&N dropins + HPS post MAF tubes...

usually we see better mpg when intakes are installed as they usually make the a/f leaner. maybe the ecu is over compensating...(?) do you have more carbon deposits now on your rear bumper?

Before you revert back I'd go see about how the a/f looks on a dyno like Kenchan mentioned. Is the K&N your only mod? Ussually simple mods like that might improve your gas mileage... And a tune usually isn't needed until you have multiple mods

I'm curious to ask. Even though the meter is showing XXX miles to empty. Whats the gas gauge showing? Does the amount of gas left seem to correlate with the miles to empty?

yes, i believe we have 18 dots on the gas gauge, it's showing 12 left, so about 2/3 gas left
