Default Replaced Battery... Windows Don't Go Up

Ok, I may have been a bit dramatic in my thread title.

I replaced the battery with an Optima Yellow Top. The windows go up, they just don't do the following:

> Auto-up.
> Go up at all if the door is open.
> "Seal" up after the pinch feature rolls them down when opening & closing the door. In fact, if you sit there and open/close the door repeatedly, the pinch feature keeps pushing the window down a little each time, and never puts it back up.

Really weird - just thought I'd document it for those who ever see it happen or anyone who is a genius on the electronics side and has some advice. I haven't checked the fuses but I'd be really surprised if there was a fuse just for a portion of the "up" window controls.

Reset the windows....hold the switch down for three seconds then hold it up for three seconds...or it might be the other way around.

I don't know whether to be grateful to you guys or angry at myself that I didn't work harder to figure it out. Thanks though!
