clk 350 or 370z
Hey guys... new here, but was around the BMW forums for about 2 years. Now i want to get away from that scene and now i want to get a 370z.
Just wondering, is a clk 350 faster or a 370z with sport package? |

You mean 0-60 or top speed?

Looks like the 0-60 time for the CLK 350 is 6.4 seconds. It's 4.9 for the 370Z. Top speed is limited to 155 for the CLK - same as the Z.

My 370Z is faster than my girlfriend's CLK500... And a CLK500 will obliterate a CLK350.

You are in two different markets bro...
Decide what you are really looking for. Speed = sports car not a luxury/sports like benz. IMO

Mercedes Benz and Speed go hand in hand. Maybe not the CLK350 but the 500/550s are niiice.

Well FYI no street racing stuff on these boards, take it to the track... But yeah... a 370 is going to obliterate a CLK350 in a 1/4 mile drag. It won't even be close. My girlfriend's CLK500 is good for 13.7ish. The Z will run low 13s. I'm guessing a CLK350 falls somewhere in that mid 14 second range.

Haha, yeah, they are pricey. We just spent about 2 grand on some relatively minor repairs that would have probably run $700-800 on a "normal" car. I really can't justify that kind of expense but it's not my car. Still love driving it, though. Everyone seems to think it's slow.

Well I really enjoy driving the CLK500. It's fun and has power you wouldn't really expect.
