Haha okay, so I'm a zombie. I still own a 11 GTI (auto w/paddles) and a 13Z (6mt) if anyone cares, but here's what I think. The Z is a much better car to drive. Daily driver or not, it's just a better drivers car that's not harsh on any road. However if you need practicality or fwd for inclement weather, the GTI is a fun car that can still do everything well.
But let's put it this way, my wife (who's last two vehicles were minivans) asked to try out the GTI instead of buying another car (made financial sense). She now drives the GTI & loves it. No way and I repeat, No way am I going to let her test drive the Z! |
