Default Shift knob question

Does anyone know if the following shift knob will fit on 370Zs?

The Z Store! Nissan-Datsun 240Z-260Z-280Z-280ZX-300ZX(Z31/Z32)-350Z-370Z Parts: Titanium Shift Knob, 300ZX-350Z

The product page doesn't say anything about the knob's thread pitch. I know the 370Z is M10 x 1.25, and I've read the 350 is the same. I just wanna be absolutely sure before I order. Does anyone have this knob on their 370? If so, does it have metal threads or one of those plastic inserts?

thanks a bunch...

I beleive that is rubber, and it comes with the shift knob. Atleast it did when i got my Nismo shift knob.

Thanks folks... I'll order the knob and hopefully it'll fit.

Oh that rubber piece is supposedly a "ballcock sill washer" which can be found at the toilet repair section at Home Depot or ACE Hardware.

Yea, any of the 350z ones fit, can't say I recommend this one though.. I sold it and got the Tommy Kaira one back when I got my shifter on G. the stock one is a lot better then this in Z IMO

I looked at the "shift knob" and I swear it looks exactly like the Trojan Vibrations thing I saw on a late night commercial. Maybe it is a multipurpose device

Did anyone else notice it says it's heat resistant but changes color according to temperature?

The knob looks kinda similar to this knob:

Zele: Shift knob for Nissan 370Z Z34 12.29.08

This zele knob looks awesome, but it costs ~$450. What didn't you like about the knob?
