off topic question here
Those guys with 638 HP ZR1s and 600 HP RWD Porsches etc. Don't they ever get worried that they'll lose control and crash when basically going from 0 - 100 or whatever? You see it in street races all the time with xxx hp supras, vettes etc. racing, is it common to lose control going full throttle in a straight line? Does it matter more about what kind of tires, lsd etc.? ty |

It's not just the super high power cars either... the 370Z has enough power to lose control in a straight line if the driver doesn't know what he's doing.

I run with VDC and ABS off 100% of the time. I have OS Giken LSD, 285 rears and 275 fronts and if I punch it out of a slow turn the car hops out but its completely controlable. Very much a drift car. We had a Porsche club event and I was hanging rear out 50 years at a time. 370Z is one of my favorite drift cars. Its so easy to drift a monkey could drift it.
