Front spacer help

Hey guys! I bought a set of spacers from z1, 20mmF 25mmR. Upon installation, my rear spacers fit perfectly! But once I added the front spacers, they didnt fit the

Upon installation, my rear spacers fit perfectly! But once I added the front spacers, they didnt fit the rims! I unbolted the spacer from the disk breaks and I tried fitting them through the rims and the spacing between the threads seem to be off... I tried Fitting both spacers in the front wheel (facing down) and they don't fit?!? I thought spacers can fit both front and back?? Are there different sizes made for each????? Pls help
