When ever I go to the track I always seem to get hit by #9 shot. Tiny nicks where every body else has mentioned.
What is the name of the part of the car benenth the door going back? The low door frame? I came off the track once and the paint damage here, from gravel was the worst ever. with all the chips the 370 has had, I've covered with touch up paint and nobody notices.

Just about to hit 7,500 miles. My biggest rock chips are on my side skirts, I'm assuming the shape of the skirts make it easier for rocks to make contact (and some bad luck). Front end is covered with a clear bra, so chipping is very minimal there.

The bottom line is if you use your car, it will get jacked to some extent no matter what you do.

I wrapped the other car n it got wrecked. Left this one alone I have two tiny chips that only I notice because I wash the car. At a glance it doesn't even show. And I'm always driving fast. So I'm guessing nissan paint isn't as sh1tty as previous years? Who knows? Don't really care. I just have fun in my car.

Mine has front bumper, half of hood, and the rockers wrapped. It only has 3 chips on the front end that were there when I bought the car. I think if you use common sense, don't use spacers to put the wheels out past the wheel well, dont peel out of parking lots (loose bits of gravel), and don't ride people's ***, you won't get near as many chips. It's not like a rock is just going to say "look a z!"and throw itself at your hood. It's going to be thrown up by the car in front of you. That's why when I get the z out on Saturday, I'm giving 30 car lengths of cushion in front of me

This is just common sense... If your going to do it right, you do a full wrap on the hood, front fenders, front bumper, mirrors. Done. This goes for any car... If you own a P car you will add small pieces to cover the lower front part of the rear fender.

Virtually every part of the car is subject to the hits. I am pretty sure we covered this very early on in the thread.
