The middle setting is where I have it mainly and its shorter than stock but not as notchy and the highest setting is the one I use when I am on the highway because it makes shifting like butter. Had it on for three years and love it. Oh and it takes two seconds to switch from one height to another. __________________ AFE / HPS / STILLEN CBE / AMS SS
