Clear Bra Wax

I am trying to get some opinions on what is best to use to wax my clear bra. I have Ventureshield Ultra, and the manufacturer recommends "PLEXUS" to clean it,

I have Ventureshield Ultra, and the manufacturer recommends "PLEXUS" to clean it, but I want to lay some wax on it to make it easier to remove the bugs and dirt when washing. I have read to only use clear spray wax, and not to use colored paste wax's... just looking for some suggestions. Thanks.
