Yes, there were a few posting threads in the Canadian section of this forum about getting non-standard Canadian order color combos...while a few have said they have been promised an "exception" for their Canadian order, I have yet to see any of them post about receiving their ride and/or post a picture of their ride to prove they got what they wanted. I would be curious if you have seen or heard differently...although I'm OK with a blue exterior and a black interior (per my order) which is technically the only available combo in Canada for a blue exterior. |

The frost interior interior looked like a very light gray to me in person...almost white. I liked how it looked in a white car in person. Is it really a bad idea to go frost? SoCal doesnt think so but I don't want to regret my choice later. Never saw white on black in person but the white on frost helped me choose a white car over a black one. IF i do get the white on frost, i hope it wont be a drab gray and more like a white frost like i saw. Am i gambling with a frost interior? I am starting to think i should go black interior to play it safe, but then again white on frost looks sooooo classy...in pics and in person. What do u guys think?

It's not so bad to keep clean. You just need to go over it with a decent leather conditioner every 1-2 weeks and the alcantara is synthetic so you can febreeze it if the side panels get soiled. The color is more of a off white and looks way better than that nasty light grey silly putty color that so many companies use for their interiors.
The frost interior is the best combo. What's nice is that the carpet is still black. I never understood those vehicles that had light grey carpet or beige color carpet. Now that would look like crap in a couple of years. Black would hide stains better, but I don't plan on eating a wet burrito in my Z nor a Cherry slurpee. in the pics above, the interior looks great appearing almost white... do not, however, expect it to look like that in person!
to the naked eye, the frost interior is actually a dull shade of gray imo |

I know what you mean...
I agree. Pictures on the web don't reflect the true color of the gray interior. In pictures it looks white, in person it's a light gray. The only difference is this worked out great for me, because I wanted a black Z, but didn't want a super white interior. I preferred something more grayish than white. After seeing one in person, I was sold.
