Rear hatch does not open easily
Hey guys, ive been noticing as the temperature gets colder i am finding myself pushing the open button on the rear hatch 5-6 times per try to get it open. Now i remember hearing something about a recall on the springs a while ago on the 09's, but mine is a 2010. Has anyone else heard of this happening on the 2010's? Also this has been an issue since i bought the car, and even brought it to the dealer. They gave me the typical "its operating to specifications" speil. Anyone have any ideas on how to fix this, like bigger springs or know where i can get better ones? Thanks! You think if i pull the covering off and stretch the springs a little bit it would help?

Thanks for the link, guess i wasn't looking hard enough... Ill print this off and take it to the dealer, because they tried to tell me that you are suppose to hit the open button twice everytime... But this clearly says "once"

I tell you, I'm scared to go to the dealer. If they tried to feed me BS. I'll punch them in there face. Well that's how I feel. Hate those people.

Ive had to switch dealers, but the new one seems pretty nice, except for this rear hatch bs...
