I simply lean forward in my seat to look at the blind spots left and right. The only time I really can't see is when I'm backing out of a parking spot or driveway and can't see the perpendicular traffic on the right side.

i just removed my factory side mirrors all together actually.

Convex mirrors are nice. I know some people hate them because they think they look stupid, but they completely eliminate blind spots. They are also great for positioning the car since you can see the rear wheels. It made backing into parking spaces extra easy with my 2009 Z.

I just have a small convex mirror on the left hand side mirror (which would be the right hand side mirror for you yanks) or passengers side.
I always also have a quick look over my shoulder (when safe) and give it a bit of gas before changing lanes to ensure no ones in my way! Have parking sensors installed which are great help when backing up as well, getting front and rear cameras installed soon as well. (Probably overkill but I s2 tech!) |

We don't have the luxury of rear passengers windows :( Got a massive mirror on the kluger / highlander and it does help in that situation |
It really isn't all that bad. I look over my shoulders to see my blind spots before switching lanes and i back out slowly out of parking spots. If anything i think s2000s with soft tops are a lot worse than our 370s....IIRC
