Default Anyone know?

Anyone know of any shops/companies that may be looking for a 370 for testing for fitment and such for parts? Be it interior, exterior, performance anything. I just got word I am heading back to Iraq for another 9 months and am hoping that I can find a shop or two that need one.

I get them my car, we all get parts developed to broaden our choices, hopefully I get to keep a set of the ones designed off my car and we all win in the end. In any case if anyone knows of a shop or company let me know as I will not need my car for the next 9 months or so.

I know SEIBON is looking for one to do a hood/hatch/spoiler. They don't need it for 9 months, but maybe if they had it that long they can make more than those three items. They are also in SoCal though.

Yeah I talked to them but they pretty much told me since I have never been in to drift to screw off. In nicer words of course I mean they seem to be a pretty good group of guys, but I am apparently of no use to them. Thanks for the info though.

Did you ask for sponsorship? That doesn't make much sense otherwise. They called me a few days ago asking if I had any extra parts or customers who would let them use their car for molds. If you called again and asked if they wanted to use your car to make molds then they would go for it. If you called asking for sponsorship for free parts, then yeah you probably wont get very far unless you're heavily involved in some major form of motorsports.

I'm going to have to call them. Maybe I miscommunicated. I mean don't get me wrong free parts are nice but if companies can use my car to further our options I am more than willing to let them do it as long as it doesn't jack up my car.

Well my understanding is that the mold making process will destroy your stock parts, but they will let you keep the SEIBON pieces for free.

Yeah even if you park it in your garage for the next 30 years they will replace your stock parts with SEIBON ones for free from what I understand. They probably thought you were calling for sponsorship instead of letting them use your car for parts development.

If you are willing to ship your car. SPL Parts is looking for one to develop suspension pieces.
