I found my right rear like that when doing a pre-track check one time.

Must just be vibration on suspension parts. There was a bit of rub/wear on the arm so it had been like that for a few miles at least

And yeah, I scrolled down and saw the wheels missing... Thought "Oh ****! That sucks!!", then I noticed the jack stands and how high off the ground it was and got confused for a sec haha.

how could you not notice the swaybar was unlinked while driving???

i too thought some crook was nice enough to put on jack stands. lol
