This just means the insurance company can add language in the policy to exclude it, it doesn't mean your insurance company won't pay it in California. I would assume it

This just means the insurance company can add language in the policy to exclude it, it doesn't mean your insurance company won't pay it in California. I would assume it would depend on who you are insured with.
