How has your 370Z held up?

I've done the dealership waiting game and here in the Texas, louisiana, Tennessee, oklahoma, New Mexico area its pointless. They keep stock at a minimum, they won't hold anything that's popular just so they can make you order. So you will be waiting a long time. Tell them that the other dealer is offering price X and you better make it believable otherwise they will call your bluff. And if they do. It just gets tedious from there.

Yeah UNKNOWN_370, i remember when you got your 370z from a dealer here in Houston. I was told getting mine for Invoice will be no problem, but since i know the inventory of local dealerships i believe i can get it for less, the dealership I ordered through has had for the past 3 months 11-15, 2009-2012 370z's sitting at their dealership.

Yeah it was pretty stressful. But in the end I got the car truck delivered, sprt pkg, auto, illuminated kck plts, premium fl mats & trk mats, bkup cam, maintnce plan, gap insur for 37.9k out the door. Considering my cars MSRP was 37.1 with tireguard free before TTL with no maintenece plan and GAP insurance. I think I did pretty good. Especially here in DFW where they feel if you are buying a 7at? They don't want to discount them. They act like the 7at out here is a DCT with they way they don't haggle on the autos.. I don't know what that's about but that's how they are.
And that within itself was a pain in the azz deal BUT I had been through a lot getting my first Z. Lol. I wound up buying used because these dealers were asking way too much for a new Z. They thought it was still in its first year. Lol

Are you looking to upgrade your stereo system? I heard everything is integrated and you won't be able to upgrade

I have an '09 with just under 20K miles on it and is used as a DD. Nothing to complain about at all. Almost time for some new tires and I have a small chip on the windshield that was repaired by the glass repair guys under insurance. The paint has held up nicely with a few chips from the road but that is expected out here in New Mexico. After a good wash, claybar, and wax it looks better than what the dealerships have sitting in their showrooms. Damn fine product!

Sterio will stay stock. They are lusting for an arctic white show quality/kept z06 and do seem to be actively trying to get the car I want, I'm just chilling.

My is a 2009, it is not a DD with 10K miles but I have gone twice to ZdayZ and a lot of cruises (highway miles and back roads) with my Z Club.

However this is one car that I have driven more than any other since I always have a "huptie" for work. This car has hold pretty good, some things here and there but no major complains. I really like the car and enjoy it driving it, wish I drive it some more.

All the cars will have there different flaws so if you like it, enjoy it!

As it sits, they are selling me a 42.5k car for around 39k plus ttl based on my payoff and what I see cars like mine going for private party.

I talked to a dealer here in NC and they double checked on that car for me. They confirmed that my dealer was correctx and when I told them what I told you all earlier, they agreed that my dealer was on the uo and up and doing the best thing they could to get the car ASAP. This dealership has nothing to gain by lying, as my trade is a thousand miles away.
