blind spot is bad.

The head rests are the way they are to prevent whiplash, from what I understand. the lower part is supposed to stabilize the head/neck area in the event of a crash.

Yes, the way I understand it, the seats in new vehicles like that are like a really crappy external HANS device. Kindof cool.
