Why are we comparing a 75K car to a 33K car?

You could buy a used Z06 for about 45k, & we are comparing the driving experiences of both cars.

Because I, OP, have a Z06 and am trading it for a loaded out 370Z. This thread is, as they say, relative to my interests. I told you why in the first post.
That being said....wtf is this? ![]() Isn't the seat supposed to be 8-way power adjustable in the Touring model? What are those 2 knobs? Doesn't look "power" to me. Didn't feel like it either when I looked at one at the dealership today, either. |

Also, I saw what looked like brushed aluminum around the gauges and other places---is it? Or is that "polymer"? I was very impressed with the interior as a whole, and the sound system. |

PS. I finally get what you all mean. The 370Z "FEELS" a lot smaller than my Z06, even though it isn't. Over-all, the interior is very nice. I'm now just concerned with how it wears/holds up inside, if the seats get loose on their tracks, if those inserts in the seats fray, if rattles are prone to develop, that sort of thing. I have driven one, well, several, but my 'vette had solid seats when new, and now they tend to move around a bit. I loved the car on first impression (both the Z06 and the 370Z), I'm just curious how time treats it, and I don't want to answer that for myself if someone else can do so for me. My one MAJOR complaint about the 370Z was the blind-spot. It was insane. PS. I heard the head-rests were that way on purpose and it was a "feature"? |
