It will attract every bug near the road and proudly display them on the front cover.

And side mirrors!

Yes it could. This time at band camp....in Alabama, I came to the rescue (since I witnessed the accident) of an elderly man, and there was a small caliber gun floating around the car. I picked it up, put it in my back pocket until police and ems arrived. Then I handled the gun to them. I don't know if it hit him in the head or not but it can potentially hurt the driver or any one else.

Default Alarm

I was messing with my car a couple of weeks ago. When I was done I locked it with the fob and noticed the lights didn't flash. I couldn't figure things out and started messing with the fob. Only then did I notice the passenger window was down. I put it up and relocked the car and the lights flashed as normal. I'm thinking if you try to lock the car and something is 'out of place', the lights not flashing warns you to check something.
I tried the 'locking the car thing' today with it running. (posted earlier in the thread) I had started it only to realize I'd left my water bottle in the fridge. Left it running, locked the car and went back to get the bottle. Cool.

I learned today that you can throw it into a tight right hand corner with less than 1/4th tank of gas and fuel starve the poor thing... oh wait....

It can happen with as much as 1/2 tank of gas and others say it can happen even with more than 1/2 tank. It all depends on the degree and intensity of the turn. I'm like you, I have experienced somewhere around the 1/4 tank of gas mark.

Concealed-Carry, it's everywhere please don't generalize people based on their choice to carry a gun

Of course. - but if you have the need to carry one. Things must not be so well, that you have to choose to carry one. But then again like you said. It is people's choice.

I'm with you. I'm an old coot and have lived in Chicago,(of all places), for nearly 50 years and never once felt the need for a gun. Paranoia is taking over this country. Just got to be street smart.

There is no reason to lump law-abiding, responsible gun owners into the same category as irresponsible gang members

I live in NY. It's easier to get pot holes fixed than get a CC. And forget about anything over 1 round in a "mag"...

But you don't have to have a concealed carry license to be a responsible gun owner. You can own a gun in NY as long as you register it; Unrestricted Carry license requires that you demonstrate a need for the security. Texas, as you can imagine, is a bit less strict. It is perfectly legal for me to carry in my car even without a Concealed Handgun License.

Without a doubt a lot of it has to do with state laws and how local police dept react. But I use to carry a GBB M14 airsoft rifle and GBB M1911 S-TAC in my car. Both had clearly visible orange tips and were fully dismantled for transport. I was pulled over and handcuffed for 2 hours because the cops thought they were real and me not having my license on me to carry a firearm.
