No it doesn't have an oil cooler.
The driver gets out and pushes it to the finish line.

Hawt! Would like to see more pics of the interior setup and cage. More then anything I would love to see a pictorial build of this if it exsists. Mainly how they got the 420bhp.

I do agree though, the exhaust is not pleasing to the eye but I am sure with the win they dont give a $#@!.

Looks like that's the same 370z that's being raced in the Nurburgring 24hrs :-

Should be interesting to see where it ends up in the race. From what I understand its built to GT4 spec which means its not a million miles away from being road going spec.

That thing is amazing, I am glad the exhaust looks how it is, which shows they cared about performance all around.

Thats probably true, if you look at the front of the exhaust cam cover on the last pic MC posted and on the motor in the 370 race car the front of those covers appear to be identical.

well obviously, but no weight would be sacrificed to throw some stainless tips on the damn thing, functionality and it wouldnt look like complete shyt. No sense in having the rest of the car look pretty with some rusty looking exhaust tips.

scruffydog 04-29-2010 03:40 PM

it's awesome that they used a regular 370z to modify and not a Nismo. But I totally dig that Nismo body kit.

NYBladeZ 04-29-2010 03:44 PM

more info on the motor please....

xfrgtr 04-29-2010 04:08 PM

Those are Cat's. The class he is running mandates Cats, so the put them as far out as possible to keep them as high flow as possible. Lots of racing bodies that require Cat's also limit where their are mounted in the exhaust system. Most require them to be no more than 6 in's +/- their original location.
