Note to stupid driver - please check before changing lanes!

ouch, brutal man. was it properly noted as her fault? usually they will try to pin it on you since it was your blind spot that was impacted. hoping for

Yes, I called the police out to the scene and they did a full report where she admitted to not paying attention and not seeing me!

Exactly, I am calling my insurance (USAA) first thing in the morning to get the ball rolling.
