Default 370z Price Ranges

Hey guys, I've been following this forum for awhile now but just now recently decided to join because the time for me to get my 370 is getting closer. I've been doing research on prices and I'm a little stuck on what year model to get. I know the 2012 is coming out soon and I probably won't get it because it'll be the most expensive. I recently spoke to a dealer about a 2011 base with sports package and he said it would estimate to about 40k with taxes and such, and with good credit it'll probably be about 550 a month. My question is, would that be best ? Would it be better to get a 2009 or 2010 ? If so, how much cheaper are they than the 2011 and how do the year models differ ?

I'm planning to get the car next year spring, and I'm looking forward to becoming part of this community, so thanks for anybody's help. By the way , feel free to post how much you paid for your 370 and in what year. Thanks

I am also in the process of getting a Z, but I would do more research before pulling the trigger on a 2011 base model with sports package for 40k. With that much money, you can get a Nismo or Touring with sp.

I asked myself the same question, whether or not I should wait for the new model. There are only going to be minor changes and if you don't track or mod, then it really shouldn't matter. Either '11 or '12, Z is going to be a Z and they are always gonna come out with newer models.

This forum is really great and I suggest you read Ak370z's guide to getting the best deal (invoice pricing and very low interest rate). Good luck to you!

Just by looking on ebay : : There are many 2009's & 2010's (base w/ sportpack.)for a lot less than 40k.

The thing that might sway you towards the 2012 model is the factory-installed oil cooler
