I know it is terrible starting a first post on a negative but I have to have somebody empathize with what happened to me today.
To start off, I am the proud owner of a brand new (65 mi) Blue 370z with the sports package & NAV. I basically picked the one off the showroom floor like a douchebag (I am really not one). But I have had a love for Z's since I was shorter than the rear tires. I am a former 300zxTT owner (in my younger struggling student days) and I am happy as a muddy pig now that I am back behind the wheel of a Z again. So to share my sad Mother's Day story, I took the Z in today to get Sky Watch (LoJack competitor) installed. I got a loaner and went back home. About 6 hours later I get a call and go back in to pick up my newly washed blue baby. I notice that when I start her up the airbag warning light is blinking. It continues to blink as I make the block and head back into the dealership. Turns out somehow they tripped the computer and now ALL the airbags are disabled. Better yet, their computer diag machine isn't working after an update and my options are to drive without airbags or leave it there until Monday evening. So here I am with an Altima loaner where my Z should be and a weekend without my new love. On the good side, the Sky Watch works and I can sadly watch the blip of my baby sitting in the dealership lot. Greetings |

Sorry about your luck. I am supposed to call up to get Sky Watch installed, and now you have me worried, lol. Welcome aboard though, driving the loaner will make you appreciate the Z more when you get it back.

On the bright side, you have a fairly minor issue that will be rectified shortly. Take the long way home Monday afternoon.
Welcome to the site!

atleast you can see if someone takes your Z for a joyride. They should make one of those systems with a MPH reader in real time. That way you can see remotely if someone is abusing your car.
