Dealer Service Reward?
 

Hi guys... so i came home today and in the mail were two envelopes from Nissan. I opened them up and a visa gift card of some sort was in them. One said Dealer Service Reward and the other just the Nissan logo. both cards have my name on them and both have $200 in them but on one card i can only use it at a Nissan dealership. anyone know where this came from and how I got it and if i can get it again? thanks

Did you rate your dealership recently? Or do you think you'll get a survey in the mail in the next day or two?

My Mercedes dealership use to send out gift cards for MB merchandise a day or two before you received a survey from corporate, with a note asking you to rate them a '5'. It was worth it to them because a high rating determined their allocation for the next year and the ability to get the most desirable cars. Don't know if Nissan works the same way.

Yeah I got one of those from my dealer except mine was for 50$, make sure you read the fine print on those though, sometimes there are hidden fees you have to pay in order to use them or after you use them, and I could only use mine at Nissan, it wasn't valid anywhere else.

They gave me two gift card One to spend any way I want and one in a Nissan dealership. Scott from Fontana Nissan told me I can use it online so I don't have to go in the dealership we shall see
