Again, you cant simply slap a percentage onto typical drive line loss...especially something as small as 1%? The variance there could be as simple as the fact that every car is different...

I believe your math may have been run backwards. You will gain MORE crank hp than wheel horsepower. If you gained 18 whp you have gained more than 18 crank horsepower.

I agree. That's why I slapped a disclaimer on my reply. It's all ballpark so 1% here or there would be near impossible to find.
