The only time you will have an issue is if you have a custom map installed and you threw a code. Some devices , like cobb, our consult can't communicate to the ECU. So you will have to un-marry the tune and software so we can get the code off the ECU.

I have a CBE and take it to the dealership for service and never had any problems. One tech even asked me if the exhaust was stock
