I'm guessing your car looks like this. Correct? http://farm4.static.flickr.com/3496/...1f3ebdbd0e.jpg |

+1 with the candor and rep; you can chalk this one up as "life's lessons". Sitting in the car, tired and exhausted - people should not try to make a decision with this much money at stake based on emotions.
Lord only knows how much I've done that in the market. :icon14: I wasn't bashing on you; just the salesman saying "truck" and the process. Congrats on the purchase, welcome to the forum, and get driving already, eh? :D |

I was able to get mine for roughly 31.5k after I got my tax money back. Tags/title office said that since I was deployed it was tax free once i submitted supporting documents (deployment orders). other wise it would have been about 33.5 as well. |

********.Regardless of the rims, this is ********. Would not have ever even cranked that car. The factory DOES put miles on the car to test them for rattles, etc. and GM even can do a 10-30 mile or so test-drive in the cars. I don't know about Nissan. What I DO! know is they do NOT do 250 miles of testing. |
Some may have missed this, but I actually google mapped directions from my dealership to the dealership of origin, and it came up as 225 miles. This means they actually just drove my car down, and put an extra 25 miles on it between loading it on the truck, driving it around back to get detailed, and taking it to the gas station for a free tank of gas. The only question is why did the salesman lie about it being truck delivered? I'm not too concerned with it. He either wanted to impress me for some reason, or simply made a mistake. I think it's safe to say my car was not a demo unit or any kids redlining it down the freeway for thrills.
Anyway it's a nice little project car for me now. Many planned upgrades, the first of which being an android tablet install where the dashboard storage compartment is. Probably wont be finished until christmas but I'll make sure to post it here since nobody seems to have done this to a Z yet. |
