Wierd question
I never claimed to be a nissan expert or have a complete knowledge of their
line up but what is a skyline 370 GT. I assume they are not for sale in the US. |
Infinity G37. :p

I enjoyed it when a few r34's and r33's showed up at import alliance and a dude in a G drove by. I started hollering when seeing his skyline badge, "hey buddy these are the real Skylines!"

Yup, its like how some people like to rebadge their Acura RSX into Honda Integra, VW Jetta's into Bora's , 300ZX/350/370's into Fairlady's. Now if they had GT-R badges on the back of their G's then it would be a different story... |
Or Shelby badges or their base or GT mustang
|
I'm personally a fan of the Honda Civic Kompressor I saw the other day

A G is a G. Nothing to do with a Skyline. |

huh? |
I get that a G is a "rebadged" Skyline... got it. But rebadged is rebadged and it actually has very little to do with the Skylines of old.
A Z is still very much a "Fairlady" so putting that on the back of your Z makes a hell of a lot more sense to me than putting "Skyline" on the back of a G. Ok... I gotta go take a shiit now. |
In Japan the Skyline 370 GT is the same as a Infiniti G37 here. The same as the 370z is a Fairlady Z in Japan. The guy was saying rebadging was lame. Your point is that the Fairlady and 370 are the same so it's not lame to rebadge. So its not lame to rebadge an infiniti g37 to Skyline 370 GT
