370Z 40th anniversary rims+tires stolen!

That really sucks, sorry to hear this. I just got OEM Nissan wheel locks about 2 weeks ago after reading about another situation like this. If you buy wheel locks MAKE SURE you get OEM locks. The keys are all different and the locks fit correct. The aftermarket locks have keys that are the same and they don't fit properly.

P.S. I saw someone selling a set of rims a week or so ago on here 40'th anniversary for like 800 plus shipping I think

Forget the wheel locks and get a good alarm. Wheel locks will just make them come back the next day if they forgot to bring a rubber hammer.

Don't the Zs come with stock alarms? Also wondering if you can add tilt sensor to the stock alarm?

Good to see the police actually doing some real forensics work, hope they successfully identify those prints so you can nail those pieces of dirt. This always is terrible to see, I couldn't imagine seeing my car like that.

I'm pretty sure the only thing that will set off the factory alarm is opening a door or hatch. No tilt or break glass sensor. It should be easy to add, just put it in series with any door alarm wire.

Sorry to hear. Why didn't you have wheel locks? My advice...you can look for the ad on craigslist and if you see something tell the police. Don't take this into your own hands, it isn't worth it.

Nothing is so silent my dogs can't hear it. These guys will bark if someone is within a block of my place lol. I'd be inclined to open the door if I knew they were up to no good...

I hope those prints show up. In FL you have to worry about illegals man.
