Easy, Come back when 1# your 18
xxx xxxxxx xxxxxxxx 2# you decide on a 370z

I see no reason why you're not asking this question in a Evo X, STi, S2000, and a 135 Forum? Unless they already told you to beat it!!

SgtGoldy 09-12-2011 01:47 AM

But why troll with such an elaborate subject? I mean I expect some Mustang troll to come in scratching his nuts saying something like "So I heard the Z sucks dude" or something but this kid is concerned about insura....

HEY forum I have a serious question that is literally between me getting a 370Z and not. So I am 15 and the driving age in New York has gone up to 18 ( With drivers ed). Now my uncle is a pretty keen racer and has a time attack car that within 24hrs can be put back from race spec to daily use and he said that if insurance wasn't a problem he would give it to me! I know crazy but his sponsors did get him a 458 Italia so i guess he doesn't need it. Now i havent gotten any quotes yet but I am curious if any 370z divers out there could tell me what the rate is for a 370z for a kid of 18yrs of age. I am also looking into a Evo X, STi, S2000, and a 135i. Even if you dont know could you try to give us a rough price point, that would be great. Thanks. This is my first post so i sure hope i get a good response,
Thanks for your time,

Evo x mr and the new sti are pretty fun. The only thing that would make it more fun than the z tho is if you take it on dirt or snow. If you don't then get a z. If you're not crazy into sports cars but still like performance, get a 135i. If you need more advice on which of those cars (besides the s2000 as I never drove one) to get, pm me for more info as I know those cars inside and out.

But. It all depends. Go on some insurance sites. Get a student discount. Some ppl pay 750 a year some pay 6500 per year. Yes, 6500 for a z.. Not gonna say who
Don't get tickets either
