The prices compare to the US in other countries are ridiculous, but take under consideration the extra overseas freight, market of the vehicle and taxes from that country. Plus the government corruption in some of them doesn't help.

Back home a 370Z is at least $10K over the price of the US.

NZ prices are high even compared to Aussie prices! Even though a fully kitted MT 370Z coupe here has a RRP of $77,990, it can easily be purchased new for $65,000 with a little shopping around.

99% of counties charge a 50-100% terrif on all imported goods. For example in brazil the 370z is over 100k usd

Holy shizzle Batman! That is expensive! I'm pretty happy with my Z at a fraction of the cost.

I'll add my own signature to make it extra special.

Stillen is Steve Millen. A fellow from New Zealand, who won races in a Z car. Makes a clever local connection for better business. This equates to approximately $69,000 US. Living in America has a better base, via a large market, for car buyers.

I like my Stillen parts by the way.

Hi Guys,

to bring a little bit light in the price and parts discussion, here a detailed overview over the parts you get for 82,995 NZ$:
- 370Z AT (special extras already included, but no naviagtion !)
- Carpet Mats
- Stillen Exhaust
- Stillen Air Intake Gen 3
- Carbon Fibre wrapping of hood, roof, wing (3M)
- Millen's Sign
- Eibach springs
- 20' TSW alloys/Falken tyres

The additional parts value is 11,525 NZ$, you get 6,015 NZD discount, so you have to pay 'only" 5,510NZD for these parts and you get a driver training with Steve Millen on top.

If you import parts from other countries you have to pay custom, tax, transport and insurance beside additional costs for disassembling/assembling the parts on top.

I ordered my one for next year but with AP Racing big brake update on top for 7,195 NZD, but I can sell the stock 355/350mm 4/2 piston on my own.

In white with black carbon wrapping of hood, roof, wing and tinted windows as well...lets see pics next year. But I didn't take the springs, because the car is too low for normal street driving and take instead the sway bars.

I have a Stillen 370. For that much money he can keep his signature.

The person who buys a GT-R needs twice as much money as for the 370Z.
And you should also consider the maintenance cost for the GT-R, they are not a joke at all...
Buy the way, 83,000NZ$ equals 62,000US$ :-)

All this for $6000 above the regular version is a really good deal. Price comparisons don't equate between the US and NZ... only price differences

Congrats on the car.
