***Hottest Z Calendar Issue***
Hey what's up guys!?
We've been discussing making a calendar specifically for the forum involving forum members cars and their stories. This will give everyone the opportunity to display their artistic skills, photography skills, vehicles, builds, and even graphic design skills to the forum members for an opportunity to expand within and get recognized. We're sure this has been done in other forums and thought we should have one as well to give our forum and members some recognition and love. The Proposal: Post pictures of your car with a list of your mods, short bio of your build process, and future mods. If you see a member that hasn't posted their vehicle and believe they deserve recognition. Post images and as much info as you know about their build (with their consent). Once all the images have been submitted we will create a poll to see who makes the cut for the calendar. (Please make sure to provide all contact info once you've been selected for the calendar) All selected parties will receive free calendars and the recognition they deserve. We would like to do this for the forum to provide something that can be used from households to offices and shops and will express our passion for our cars and our hobby. Estimated cost for the calendar will be $12-$15 plus shipping which will cover printing and design cost. We calculate an approximate 500 calendars to be printed and distributed representing our very own Fitment Factory logo. If there is interest on this issue we look forward to expanding and maybe adding some models next year. Let us know your input. To Narrow the images posted; please post the images here ***Update*** Many of you guys have been asking questions regarding deadlines, dates everything will be scheduled and so forth. We figured we would just update the main post to keep everyone informed. Aug. 29: Post on forum and start with posting pics. Sept: 19: Begin presales at a discounted price. Sept. 30: Close Picture submissions Oct. 3: Start poll/voting for members to choose what vehicles to include in calendar Oct. 14: Close poll/voting Oct. 28: Post sneak shots and images of final view on the forum.Start taking final orders Nov. 25. Ship out all calendars. The calendars will have 13 months (Dec/2011-Dec/2012) and for an additional fee we can add anyone's Car images as the Cover Sheet. ***Once cars have been chosen photography requirements will be stated to those taking part*** ***Pre-Sales*** ***Hottest Z Calander Issue Pre-Sales*** ***Voting*** ***Hottest Z Calander Issue Poll*** Last edited by issforged; 10-05-2011 at 11:48 AM. |

Also how many photos can you submit? Do you want the owner in the picture with the vehicle?

Vehicles preferably since I think everyone would like to see cars only but we can take both. The end date for submissions would be Sept 30th. Can you make it? The limit will be 3.

Location: Texas Car: 2010 Nissan 370z I've been into cars my entire life. From playing with Hotwheels to drawing cars from the Fast N Furious during school to driving my dads 5 speed saturn around the block like a race car I started off in a little Honda Civic Ex when I turned 16 years old.. I loved that car but knew I had to have a rwd. I found the Nissan 350z and I was in love and determined to have one. This was now my dream. I strived hard to achieve my goal. I studied hard in school and got a job at the local pizza hut. I saved every cent I got. Shortly after the 370z came out and my goal went a little bit higher Nissan hit one out of the park and fixed everything I didn't like about the 350z. I graduated high school in 2010 and found a decent job as a graphic designer. Now was the time to make my dreams come true. I searched forever for a Monterey blue sport model and finally found one a few weeks later with 2k miles. I was in love. I started out by adding Bc Racing coilovers slammed to the ground. I always thought a car looks 10 times better dropped. Next I bought a Gthaus exhaust and man that thing was LOUD ! I continued to add to my car progressively building it up. By far the hardest mod I attempted was painting my headlights, I did not know what I was in for 10 in hours into it and putting a light in the over for the 3rd time but they turned out fantastic in the end and are still my favorite mod. It's now about 8 months since I bought the car and I think it is just about complete. I couldn't be happier with the way it turned out. My mod list so far.. - Polished Varrstoen 10.5 +0 / 9.5 +12 - Gold Drop Engineering extended lugs - Black housed headlights / Color Matched Bezels - CNT Racing high flow cats - Bc Br coilovers - K&N drop-ins for now - Blue Cobb intake hoses - Carbon fiber Aero Jacket rear spats - Carbon fiber Aero Jacket front lip - Carbon fiber Aero Jacket skirts - 20% tint all around - Gt-r push start button - B&M short shifter - Twm Type R Shift knob - Evo-R Fog light - Nissan valve stem caps - Fairlady Z Emblem - AAM Shorty exhaust - Zenclosures 12" box - Esfourteen softer helper spring I don't really have any good pictures...just some cell phone pics, hope these are okay. I'll try to get some though. Sorry for all the stupid texas tags.. Don't forget to vote for Polished Vs. White! lol Edit: Tried to follow that link to post pictures but it didn't work.
