Here's a joke that I've heard about BMW drivers:
Whats the difference between a porcupine and a BMW? The prick is in the inside of the BMW. But don't get me wrong, I don't really find most BMW drivers (that I've seen) to be pricks or anything close to that. Driving in glendale, most of them are friendly. Always traded thumbs up everytime I played cat-mouse with them. |

A good friend of mine says he hates them:icon14: I'm sure people say I suck :gtfo2::rofl2: |
To me it seems like ram 1500 drivers are the worst... something about that truck really attracts the douches
|
Well, when 7 out of every 10 trucks in town is a Dodge 1500.... it's bound to happen. Especially here in Oiltown. Money + Young Kids + Rig Work + "I own the world" Entitlement = douche

Fewer people let me merge into traffic lines. They'll usually just ride the *** of the guy in front of them and have tunnel vision looking forward. Other than that I haven't had too much trouble.

Then again, I've had so many people force their ways in, cut me off and not even apologize (a wave will do), cut me off and then get mad at me, because they cut me off... I say **** it, I'm no longer showing anyone any respect on the roadways. Obviously that's when they or someone else upset me. I forget easily and usually do. Though I hate when the person in front of me STOPS and lets someone in. Don't stop, ever, I don't care if we're going 15mph. |

I was reminded today why I love passing M3's at the track!

After driving the Wife's car yesterday it was apparent people do seem to drive faster around me when i'm in the Z, almost like they have to prove something...

It's even worse in the realm of streetbikes....next time you see a GSX-R 1000 or an R1 take a look at the rear tire....I'd bet it's got chicken strips an inch and a half wide on both sides and a flat spot worn right down the middle. Lots of "show"....tooling around town looking "cool" and hammering it in a straight line....or hanging around the local Sonic or coffee shop.....but very little "go"....actually putting the car/bike on the track and learning to DRIVE/RIDE it..they are street legal race cars/bikes being used to "pose" with in a lot of cases. *shrug* Everyone is entitled to spend their money how they see fit...but...it does look pretty silly. |
