when i had my 66 mustang, i only got love from other mustangs and imports. it's just something about nissans! LoL!!!

I am only 19 and I get some awful stares from all ages. I know I am lucky to have this car at my age but people can just be extremely envious. My car has been keyed 3 times on campus :(

people driving in audi's are the ones who annoy me the most, because they always think they have something to prove. i would say 80% of the time i get challenged on the highway, its from an audi driver.

i also hate hyundai drivers, but thats because they just flat out cant drive and are always blocking me, driving up my rear end, or keep passing me then slowing down so i have to pass them for the 13th time. :gtfo2:

had some douche in a riced out is300 ride my *** today, then do a ricer flyby only to cut off some poor guy ahead of me to get back in our lane. all while in rush hour traffic. :ugh2:

I'm 20 had Z since 19 and I take it to campus sometimes but I park way far in the back I don't care if I will be late to class lol .
Parking spots seem so close together and everyone sucks at parking . Also a lot of people with big *** trucks . F that.
Luckly no one has keyed my z.

This was when I was living on campus and I had to leave my car in a parking garage for a week at a time. I took the situation to the campus police and they did nothing about it, there wasn't even surveillance in the newly built parking garage. I was extremely frustrated. 3 massive key scratches; one across the whole length of the spoiler, across my passenger side rear fender, and one on my passenger side door done vertically. :(

that happens to me too! I sit by a window so i can see my car at work. I make sure they dont touch my car or do anything stupid.

I had this one guy in a lifted truck telling me he can go over my car. I told him thats only if he can catch up to it haha

I agree today I had to go to the mall and this lady in a SUV type Audi was tailing me on the right lane... She couldn't just go to the left lane so all I did was let go of gas peddle and I see her screaming no joke she looked like a witch with sunglasses I was cracking up. I moved over to the left lane to turn and she just press on the gas peddle and she almost slams into another car what a dum a$$. On the way back home this guy in a Audi a5 pulls up next to me and revs his engine on the red light wanting to race. I just look at him like his crazy with a police station up ahead. He guns it at green. Not even 10 secs later I see the police pull up of the station and pulls him over. I drive by slowly and started to clap 😜

LOL that is my favorite move whenever someone does something stupid and gets pulled over or almost wrecks/does wreck is i drive up to thier window and apply the good old fashioned golf clap! :owned:

This is a great thread. I have'nt had my Nismo for a month yet. I met a guy on this Forum and we do a Cars and Coffee, on saturdays. I had some guys ask me about the car, if I like it, whats great about it and the like. I get alot of attention from woman just like my 350Z, but it's way more noticeable in the Nismo. Had an older gentleman ask me "how many tickets you get with that thing" and the hottie at my bank wants to go for a ride now. The only stuff that bothers me is the Mustang guys hate my car. Where I live there is a good amount of Stangs, and when I run into them I get a dirty look, or a revving of the engine. Mostly all V-6's. I have no problem with Mustangs, hell I had one. I just don't get the hate because I respect the Mustang and I like them and when I run into Camaro's I get a thumbs up. I wonder if a ride really defines your character? Man I need a Lamborghini!!

On another note, the woman at MY bank drives a 370Z, I kept trying to figure it out, because I knew this local kid not on the forum has the same car, so I assumed he worked in that area, until I saw her getting into her car as I rolled up, I LMAO'd when I finally figured out who that random blonde was in the black 370, LOL

And I even went to a Ford car show with him and the 5.0 DFW group and we were shooting the shít I let one of the guys take my car for a spin, rev it at the car show, it was cool...
Day later, some SOB in a 5.0 rode my ÁSS on the freeway, so instead of giving the brake check, I decided to put it into 3rd and get out of his way... He took it as racing and ran me off the road...
I don't hate the car, I don't hate 99% of their drivers, but their .01% ásshole category REALLY f's their name... (Kinda the same situation with law enforcement, I have a LOT of friends who are in that field... But they ALL get a bad rap because of the few cops that are truly ássholes)

Just 10 min ago, out of curiosity, I went for a quick 5 min test drive in a 5.0 6 speed with only a few miles on the clock. It was traffic hours and road surface sucked really bad, and I wanted to see how it would feel like in a day to day commute situation.

The annoying thing - coming from the salesman that didn't know what a "Track Pack" was, said "well you can't really compare your car to the Mustang, Mustang is just in a different league. It's like comparing the mustang to a corvette, I mean, corvette is just in a league of its own"

I didn't mind it much, the guy didn't know much about his own product let alone cars. To clarify, during the test drive, I was complementing the 5.0 the whole way, didn't talk smack at all.

A guy today in a old pontiac saw me @ the gas station he was following me for quite a bit and trying to floor it behind me LOL, and when I pulled over to fill up he said "Heard those Zs eat gas a lot of gas" Im like yeah if you floor it a lot. He looked again tryin hard to find fault with it but couldn't and walked away what a loser prolly made up a story of how he told off a Z driver to his wife who was in the car with him :roflpuke2:

Plenty encounters with 350z, fart can civics, Evos/WRX, newer 5.0's and camaros, str8 pipe GTO....so far they pretty much just leave me alone. 350z guys won't even look at me at stop lights. I'm jealous that yall get dirty looks and rev'd at.

I have been a 370Z owner for one week, lot of guys I work with have stangs, chargers, couple of porsches, and even one maserati. They all seem to be respectable but I'm in SoCal and people don't hate too much here. Besides my car is cooler ;).

The ones I get the problems from are overzealous women in their A5's, and your typical bimmer 325 owner that thinks flooring his automatic at every stoplight maks him Roger Penske's nephew. Have noticed some revving and tailing from the scion/eclipse "look at my green wheelz" -or as CV129 so eloquently put it" fart cans"(lmao) type of kids.

The biggest problem imo is "Holy Cop Attention Batman". I have been creeped on 2-3 times in the last week by the 5.0 checking my paper dealer tags on the windshield because the rear license plate is just a dealer ad until my real plates get here. Once they see I am white guy in a shirt and tie though they leave me alone @reality.

I live in a small town and the second my car comes out regularly cops "all the sudden" want to plant themselves on my street. Hard to hide a bright white sports car in a small town. Everyone knows where I live.

my dad always busts my balls saying the blue is a "girls color" then i respond with where's your sports car........

Had one do the same to me - just the paper on the windshield. I passed him coming up to a light then watched him force his way over to get behind me... luckily he didn't pull me over. Would have made me late for my date (of all nights, whew).

Since then I haven't had any issues, though I try to watch my speed in certain areas. I've gotten lucky a few times that I haven't been pulled over.

my neighbor, a sub 30ish good looking gal is knocking on my window as I'm getting ready to pull out of my parking space a couple nights ago. She says I haven't seen you for awhile (i've only had the car about 7 months now but thats besides the point) she then says and I quote "That bitch is hot!!"
