All Rays are 19". The base wheels are 18".

Thanks. Just confused because I'm looking to purchase a model with rays but each listing I'm interested in all say the tire size are P***/**R18 All the pics I see have rays but the tire size listed doesn't make sense.

The 19" Rays will come on a sport which has synchro rev match(srm). The base doesn't have this feature nor the 19" Rays. I'm sure some base owners have purchased the Rays after the fact. So just be careful. Make sure it has srm in the tranny. You won't be disappointed!

Thanks for all the responses! The reason I am confused is because the car has the spoilers and the 19" Rays but only has the base brake calipers...synchro rev match button I do not have as mine is a 7AT with the paddle shifters...so I need to look for the LSD...anyone has a photo of one or what is the best way to tell? I assume getting under the car but not sure how to tell the difference between the stock differential and the LSD.
Thanks for the help!

OP won't be able to tell based on SRM, as he states it's an auto.

I'm sure the OP has figured this out by now, based on the age of this thread, but just by looking at the vehicle, a few ways to tell the difference between base and sport package option for auto trannies are:

1. 19's RAYS
2. Nissan Sport Brakes
3. underbody front chin lip
4. rear spoiler

As others have states, people can simply swap out parts. And others also have stated LSD in rear differential, though I'm not sure how you would be able to check that.

With the auto tranny, though it doesn't have SRM, the models with the paddle shifters (i'm being told that the new auto's don't come with paddle shifters?) will come with downshift rev-match, whether with or without the sport package.

ideally, the best way for you to know if a particular vehicle has the sport package or not is to run the vin.

Go see the actual car or call the place that is listing it. The car I ended up buying was listed as an automatic when the pictures were clearly a manual. A lot of the listings and descriptions are just generic wording most places put on ads.

Only on '15s and '16s. Paddles were standard on all 7AT Z34s from '09-'14, same thing with the side marker emblems.

I knew about the missing paddle shifters on base auto, but the led side markers are gone too??

For the touring models, do the auto's come with paddle shifters?

i guess this is nissan's way of adjusting the prices for the added oil coolers, though a bit late.

Nismo > Sport >>> Base.

You should have felt the rev-matching.

I prefer Sport to Nismo for its better & simpler design.
