somebody did a # on that one, wonder if it was the driver's fault or whether someone pulled out in front of it or something.

If it had been a 6 speed it might been worth turning into a track car. Rebuilding it for the street sounds like a waste of time. No warranty and a salvage title.
As a parts car it might make sense. Assuming the engine and transmission are good. You can get the nav, maybe a couple of wheels, passenger door, glass, rear hatch and various interior bits. It will be interesting to see what it goes for and if it makes the min bid.

Yeah, if it was a mt I would almost consider it for the drivetrain heheh (visions of 3.7l 510 dancing in my head...)
I kinda remember a forum member posting about wrecking a yellow one and gettin a blue one (iirc). This that car maybe? |

Just to confirm....100% that's the one I had. The VIN # matches perfectly and the dead giveaway was the miles. 315....I still remember seeing that number when I went back in the car to recover what I could.
And yep, it was still running when I left the accident scene....I thought it was and now I can confirm that, too. .......do I dare buy it back? HAHAHAHA!! Last edited by 2theextreme; 04-28-2009 at 11:56 PM. |
