Default 3 Different 370Zs, Opinions??

Hello, I am on the verge of buying my first Z and I was hoping to get everyones opinion on which one I should get. Please keep in mind I am from Canada so the prices are a lot higher for us.

Car #1:
Touring + Sport + Navi
2009
22,000 miles
White Exterior
Black Interior
Auto
$32,500

Car #2
Touring + Sport + Navi
2010
12,500 miles
White Exterior
White Interior
MT
$39,000

Car #3
Touring
2010
1900 miles
White Exterior
Black Exterior
Auto
$37,000

This will only be drove in the summers and I have an 09 Accord EX-L for everyday driving.

I think I am going to prefer auto (no flames please), but I have no problem driving a standard.
So from your experience of owning a Z, would you go a year older and save 7,000 + taxes or is it too risky?

I may be wrong but those prices seem high for all those models. Is that what there asking price is?

Not risky at all if you go with an 09. If your concerned about the warranty, I would choose the one newer one with less milage. Otherwise go for the 09 if it's acceptable to you. The only change was the addition of the heated mirrors for the MY 2010. Anyone having any major issues with their car doesn't seem to be model year specific. As with any car, the likelyhood of parts needing replacement increases with milage so be weary of how the previous owner maintained the car.

2 autos and one manual? Nail down which transmission you want.

The NAV is great. I recommend getting it if you go with touring.

White interior stains easy. I'd avoid it.

I would recommend you order a new one. The mileage is low, and the prices are pretty close to the MSRP anyways. For a few extra bucks you will get a new car that you KNOW hasn't been abused. I'm quite sure that all of the above have been driven roughly. Also, I'm quite OCD on the new engine break-in for the first 2-3000km. But that's been a debatable topic.

All 370Z's in Canada will have the touring package. Were too fancy for cloth seats. You don't need to mention that

Get the navi, it's great. Works very well, I'm quite happy with it.

Don't make the same mistake I did: GET THE SPORTS PACKAGE!!! it's so worth it! The rims are beautiful in the sports, you get big brakes and you also get a limited slip differential. Unless you are planning to mod these 3 items.

I know you didn't mention this, but get the hard top the convertibles look good only if the top is down. I think they look friggen hideous with the top up.

Get the latest year model, and get the heated side mirrors. The 09's don't have them, and it pisses me off on icy days.

For winter: get blizzaks. The best ones u can. They'll be around $2000 for a set, and will serve you at least 2 winters. My Z did a great job last winter. LOTS of fun, yet quite reliable when needed. People say get sandbags, I didn't and I was ok. That's up to you.

I think that's enough for now. Go test drive the auto and play around the paddleshifters! They're really crisp and fun to use. Mine is auto btw. Since you're in the area, give me a shout. We can set up a small meet for us York region people and you can check out the differences between everything if u want.

That's my 2cents.

I believe those are competitive Canadian prices.. I've been looking for just under a month now and these have been my best options...

Appreciate the response! Living in Canada I probably won't even put that many KMs on it during the summer year.. and they are very well made cars so I shouldn't worry too much about repairs.
I am just worried that 22k miles is starting to get up there!
How many Miles do you have on your Z?

I have around 23k miles (daily driver) and enjoyed every mile. Also, def get the sports package. Its well worth it. A Nav would be great, but really not a requirement for a car like this. Just think, the money you save by getting the 09 could go towards modding, which is almost a certainty if you hang around this place. It seems like car #1 would be the logical choice. Don't get a manual if you really want the auto.

Get the 2010 6MT. The the navi is A MUST for this car. Simply completes the look of the interior with a gorgeous center console in the middle. The interior without nav looks very plain and boring.

I'd also get the 6MT, like I said before in my response to your PMs. If you've owned all of those stick cars, you'll be more than fine driving the 370Z in stick.

For a few $1000 more, get a new one with the options you want...don't settle for anything less (seems to be a lot of give and take in your 3 options). I have to agree...white/light interior will show wear and dirtiness easily. As for AT or MT...pick one you prefer more. The nav is cool because it's bundled with bluetooth functionality...and 2011 models have an OEM back up cam.

I had it on my 350Z, stayed clean just fine. I cleaned it every year, and the seats were never that dirty.
