I shed a tear today
 

Today I went, for the first time, to the dealership where I will be buying my car. I was shown this room to relax in for awhile while I waited for them to look at my current car and give me an estimate. I almost did not want to leave.
Sorry for the sub-par picture, forgot I had my point & shoot camera and just used my cell phone, but they also had a 2010 GT-R around the corner, wish I could have test drove it.

I've never seen so many 370z in one spot before. All the dealers around here only have 3 or 4 to choose from. And they're mostly automatics.

Correct, they have one GTR (2009) in the main show room and then a 2010 kept in this room with all the Zs. Also, this is not all of them, they have one on the main showroom floor and I think one or two outside for test driving.

Pushing_Tin, I am getting platinum graphite (base with sport/manual).

All dealers are not created equal. In some metro areas where the big dealers live, they have these things all over the place. Fontana Nissan in SoCal had 27 of them on the lot (advertised at $3k off sticker) as of yesterday. I walked into one place when I was shooping for my Z and they had 4 GT-Rs (one of each color) sitting side by side in the showroom.
Another dealer in the same area has had the same single black sport/touring on the showroom for 3 months and hasn't sold it. Just different ways of doing (or going out of)business I guess.

The dealer where I purchased mine had just gotten a GTR off the truck and about to place it in the showroom when I told them the only way I would sign the papers on the Z was if they would let me test drive the GTR.

Z overdose

I would go back with a camera and a storage card in case you ran out of space.

I will make sure when I return I have a full battery and an empty storage card for the most pictures.

And they actually let you drive it?!

A car like a GTR doesn't need to be test driven. Those who are serious about buying don't need to be convinced. And those who want to test drive probably aren't serious about buying.

No they actually let me drive it.... around the parking lot.

But I still got to drive it, I felt like a new man.
