Were the guys in the first 2 videos driving an SRT4? With racing stripes?

Between the basket-handle (with stripes) and the, "if it's loud, it must be fast" exhaust note . . . I'm guessing those guys were just envious of the guy in the fake supercharged Z.

It was an SRT-4 Neon. I'm not a personal fan of them but they can be quite fast.
