22-24 for over 70? no way! I drive 75-80 about 95% of the way into work and I typically average 26-27 MPG on the way there. I never really get under 25 MPG even on the way back in the mornings when I deal with a bit more traffic (and thus average lower speed).

Perhaps it's just one car vs. another one... or the way it was broken it... the way it's driven, the roads... etc.
